R. David Yost joined the EDS Board of Directors on 19 October 2005. Yost has been a director and CEO of AmerisourceBergen Corporation since August 2001. He is also president of AmerisourceBergen since September 2007, having served previously in such role from August 2001 to October 2002. Before AmerisourceBergen, he served as chairman and CEO of AmeriSource Health Corporation from December 2000 to August 2001, and president and CEO of AmeriSource Health Corporation from May 1997 to December 2000. Yost held a variety of other positions with AmeriSource Health Corporation and its predecessors since 1974.
Yost is also a director of PharMerica Corporation and serves on the board of trustees of Penn Medicine and the board of directors of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers.
