EDS Foundation
In August 2008, Hewlett-Packard Company completed its acquisition of EDS. In February 2009, the Board of Directors of the EDS Foundation approved the dissolution of the EDS Foundation and the transfer of the remaining assets of the EDS Foundation to the Hewlett-Packard Company Foundation.
