EDS Byron Nelson Championship: Games & Choppers
Golf Ball Frenzy
For the past four years, the EDS Byron Nelson Championship wasn’t complete without the infamous squirrels - Mearle, Pearl and Earl. Each year, this mischievous trio found fun and unique ways to celebrate Byron Nelson’s legacy by integrating golf into their favorite arcade-style games. You can still join them for a frenzy of a good time. Choose from:
- 2007 Ultimate Golf Ball Frenzy

Pinball Frenzy
For the 2006 EDS Byron Nelson Championship, EDS created three custom Mega Golf Ball Frenzy pinball machines. The first was autographed by the tournament’s namesake, Byron Nelson, as well as 99 of the golf pros and auctioned on ebay. Two identical, unsigned pinball machines were also auctioned, raising more than $35,000 for the Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers.
In 2007, EDS designed three new pinball machines featuring Orange County Chopper stars Paul Sr., Paul Jr. and Mikey. More than 130 PGA Tour pros autographed the pinball machine. Two identical, unsigned pinball machines were also auctioned, raising more than $45,000 for the Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers.*

Orange County Chopper Frenzy
For the 2007 EDS Byron Nelson Championship, EDS raised the bar and teamed with the Teutuls, stars of the hit television series American Chopper, to design and build three custom Orange County Choppers (OCC).
One chopper was auctioned to raise $70,000 for the Salesmanship Club and a second chopper was presented to Scott Verplank, the winner of the 2007 Championship along with his check at the end of the tournament – a first for the PGA TOUR, the Teutuls and American Chopper. The third chopper is being retained by EDS for use at events around the world.
