“Caddy for a Caddie” Program

EDS will present a Cadillac XLR-V to the caddie of the 2008 EDSBNC champion. Awarding a car to a caddie is a first in professional golf and EDS is proud to lead the way with our “Caddy for a Caddie” program. Just as EDS is the world's business ally, we recognize that behind the triumph of every golf champion, there's a caddie … a dedicated ally.

2008 EDSBNC Ad

Our 2008 advertising campaign positions EDS as an ally, a strategic and trusted partner working behind the scenes for our clients. The ads feature key stories that illustrate how EDS has helped its clients succeed. The ally spirit extends to our involvement in the community, and we're proud to be behind the success of the EDS Byron Nelson Championship and the Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers.

This year, four print ads will be featured in the program guide and daily pairing sheets. Three of the ads are focused on the kids who benefit from the activities of the Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers. The fourth ad highlights this year's “Caddy for a Caddie” program which recognizes the dedication of PGA caddies to work behind the scenes to help their golfers achieve success, much like EDS supports its clients. A new Cadillac XLR-V will be awarded to the caddie of the tournament champion.
