EDS Leader, Government Wide Acquisition Contracts: Kim Luke
Kim Luke is vice president of government wide acquisition contracts (GWACs) for EDS. Luke's organization markets and sells to the General Services Administration (GSA) and its customers, and administers the GWAC contracts, which provide easy access for all federal agencies to EDS solutions and services. With EDS since 1980, Luke has a background in information technology and contract management and has held a variety of roles within the private and public sectors.
