EDS Top Gun is a unique, intense three month development program for top EDS technical talent providing total immersion into a key technology problem, using EDS Agility Alliance partners, to create an innovative customer solution.
The program is designed to ensure that EDS architects around the globe have deep, hands-on experience with our partners' technologies and products today and a clear vision of the road map for tomorrow. The program is an investment by EDS and its alliance partners in strengthening those alliances by providing an in-depth, focused program for participants.

Issue eight of synnovation is now available online. In this edition, the focus is on the genius of good governance – the complex, yet critical processes, management, and decisions geared to help keep your organization ahead of the competition. We explore the impact of strong governance on innovating, protecting trade secrets, and building and maintaining successful business partnerships.
EDS has two innovation centers located close to product development teams from many of our partners. We collaborate at these facilities to extract real business value from our partners’ new and emerging technologies. Clients can visit the centers to access our joint talent, addressing business and technology issues and opportunities. Work there also enables EDS to quickly develop and enhance our services – and fulfill our delivery transformation objectives.
EDS Agility Alliance Development Centers
To accelerate the development and delivery of the Agile Enterprise Platform, EDS and our Agility Alliance partners have come together in joint global development centers. The EDS Agility Alliance Development Centers provide an ideal environment for the “industrialization” of the service innovation generated through the Top Gun programs and Innovation Centres.
To heighten the focus on collaboration and innovation with our partners, EDS Agility Alliance technologists work together to design, develop, test and deliver next-generation service delivery platforms.
