Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Relocation Services)
Building on the successes of 2002, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia is continuing work on CBA e3, an initiative designed to address the changing property needs of five customer-facing business divisions and three support divisions. Colonial First State Property (CFSP), a division of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, created a master plan to consolidate multiple office locations. The goal was to enable employees to work more effectively and efficiently, facilitate rapid reconfiguration in response to evolving business requirements, and reduce the cost of changes to the work environment. The Bank also hoped to build a sense of community and support for its staff while using space more efficiently and increasing the life of its work environments.
