When Fin-Force, a leading third-party payment processor, set out to protect its assets from risk and promote customer service, it looked to EDS to help implement a best-in-class risk analysis solution.
We not only optimized the scanning solution and completed testing within the aggressive timeframe, we also executed several production simulations to gauge the number of suspect transactions being identified and processed by the new system. Now armed with the technology to scan and verify payments, the company can ensure nearly 16,000 daily transactions are legitimate. In fact, the new solution blocks 1 percent of all transactions per month for further investigation, insulating Fin-Force, as well as its clients, from risk and fraud.
