Middle East State Modernizes Court System
When the Courts Department of a Middle East state wanted to simplify cumbersome, paper processes and expedite case progression, it called on EDS through its operating arm in the region, Injazat Data Systems. EDS developed, evaluated and prioritized 52 key initiatives, while designing a transformation program that embraced both process and technological change, as well as change readiness. EDS' end-to-end transformation program gives shape to the Courts Department's bold vision. With its roadmap in hand, the court system has begun working with the government to simplify processes, expedite case progression, enhance court accessibility and raise public awareness of the country's legal system.
