As one example of how this strong alliance benefited a client, a European government department and long-time EDS customer needed to strategically align its technology environment with its goals and customer needs. EDS and Microsoft delivered a CRM solution that included a 5,000-seat contact center and virtualized all 23 of its contact center sites while improving efficiency and customer service. Though the agency’s transformation program continues, it has already seen service availability rise from 97 percent to 99 percent.
