EDS Ranked High on How Company Treats Online Customers in Eighth Customer Respect Study

The Customer Respect Group, an international research and consulting firm that focuses on how corporations treat their online customers, recently released findings from its Fourth Quarter 2006 Online Customer Respect Study of the High-Technology and Computer Industry, the eighth time it’s researched this segment. This study is conducted semi-annually, one in the first quarter and the next in the fourth quarter.
For the second time in a row, EDS received high marks as a company with “admirable policies and practices in place and for putting customers and their information front and center.”
The highest scoring High Technology Companies in the study are:

- Accenture – 7.4
- Lexmark International, Inc. – 7.4
- McAfee, Inc. – 7.4
- International Business Machines (IBM) – 7.3
- Samsung – 7.2

- Intuit, Inc. – 7.2
- Symantec – 7.2
