From Buenos Aires to Bangalore, the outsourcing industry has become a worldwide business, and one of the chief challenges for the American outsourcers has become finding ways to lower costs while increasing profit margins and adding revenue.
“Change is here to stay,” Rittenmeyer said. “We will continue to change and modify based on the demands of the market. We serve a market. It's not important what we think. It's important what the market thinks.”
