GSA Connections: Ordering Guide
The purpose of this Ordering Guide is to assist the government in placing orders for Support Services and Solutions under the GSA CONNECTIONS contract. The required information for all orders is contained on the GSA CONNECTIONS Task Order Form. Once completed, the form can be forwarded by email (gsaconnections@eds.com (gsaconnections@eds.com)), by facsimile (1 949 981-6472), or by phone (1 866-251-9246). Submissions can be completed online using the GSA CONNECTIONS Task Order Form.
Orders will be acknowledged within one hour of receipt and assigned a unique Order Number. Once received, the Task Order Number can be used to track the order, change the order, or cancel the order.
The GSA CONNECTIONS Task Order Form may be used to provide price quotations, process orders, track orders, accept equipment or services, change orders, or cancel orders.
