GSA Connections: Support Services
EDS offers 90 categories of skilled labor, which are available to Federal agencies, to implement their unique telecommunications projects. Alternatively, the labor rates found in Support Services can be used to install and support special telecommunications equipment under the Solutions section. Each labor category is associated with an hourly rate for CONUS and one for OCONUS for FY 03, FY 04 and FY 05. As options for additional years are added, these will appear in this section. Both CONUS and OCONUS rates are the same.
