ITES-2S: Ordering Guide
ITES-2S is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle that is designed to meet the needs of the Army, as well as the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. Ordering is decentralized, and orders may be placed by any contracting officer from these agencies.
