- Acquire innovative, standardized solutions and services that support Army enterprise IT and business needs
- Meet individual command IT requirements for current, competitively priced technology solutions and services
- Satisfy worldwide development, deployment, operation, maintenance and sustainment requirements with end-to-end solutions
Easy to Use and Accessible
The Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS)is the Army’s Commercial Centre of Excellence for IT products and services. Cost-Effective
Offerings can be implemented or delivered as enterprise solutions or in a decentralized manner to leverage decentralized IT funding. Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) business solution packaged offerings provide the best way to achieve enterprise solutions. ITES-2S has ZERO fees, so the Army does not have to use scarce IT funds to pay for business solutions development. Team EDS will leverage COTS products to their fullest, eliminating the need for the Army to pay enterprise fielding.
